No sales call. Just the price.
Every plan runs the same queue engine, and notifications are unlimited on all of them. What the paid ones add is the things that genuinely scale — more locations and people — and the features built on top of the queue.

Not ready to choose? Start a 14-day trial of Basic instead
Paid annually, you pay for ten months rather than twelve. Change or cancel whenever you like. Prices exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Notifications are unlimited on every plan, including free. There are no message fees and nothing to run out of — we do not send text messages, so there is no per-message cost to pass on to you.
The questions the table does not answer
Is there a limit on how many customers I can notify?
No, and there is nothing to meter. We do not send text messages, so there is no per-message cost to pass on — notifying a customer costs us nothing. Notify every customer on every visit, on every plan including free.
Can I change plan or leave?
Any time, from your own console. Moving down never deletes anything: you keep every location, person and setting you have, and what stops is being able to add another. Paid annually you pay for ten months rather than twelve, and an annual plan cancelled within 30 days is refunded in full. A monthly plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for rather than being refunded part-way.
Is there a trial?
Fourteen days of Basic, with no card. When it ends you move to the free plan rather than to a locked screen — your queues keep running and nothing you set up is deleted.
What is the catch with the free plan?
There is a cap on locations, not on customers. One location, one person, unlimited notifications, and as many check-ins as you can serve — forever. What it does not include is bookings, review requests, the full reports, extra locations, or the API.
